Entrepreneur lives a life of full excitement and not a relaxing one.Entrepreneur has to often face and go through tough situations within tough environment.

Yeah of course books, video/CD,PDA heralding in the market.But, ultimately you have to decide yourself and must make the right decision and move forward your business.Its you that know what`s going on and why.
Wrong decision can lead you to face doomsday at your dream business. Decision making is one most important skill, an entrepreneur needs to be learned and developed.

Why right decision making is not an easy task ?

Is there any formula to making a right decision ?

To make a right decision we need the right information at right quantity. Where will you get the right information at right quantity to hit the target ?

Business is about calculation of loss and profit.If calculation is right, business is going to bloom.Likewise, Decision making is a one calculation to come out or overcome about yours business problems.

As Guy Kawasaki says make a mantra not a mission statement as start-up venture.So, focus on your mantra and whatever be the problem comes on the way, get the solution at ease.

Entrepreneur often have to face serious problems which are unpredictable,intangible and which are not an easy to solve immediately.Problems may be in the financial sector,in the marketing sector, or in the executive team or in the business plan etc. etc.
You have to need Strategic steps to get out of the problems. Strategic steps are strategic planning .A solid,strong different strategic planning for different respective fields like financial,marketing, operating etc etc.

What about those followers of getting rich program/system, when they failed ? Robert Kiyosaki says that its not money for money that can get you rich. It is the knowledge,proper knowledge of financial eduction that can lead you to rich.

Stay spiritually active even with your business vision.Follow spiritual marketing, healthy attitude.
